Flicker VJ Rodell performs an AV set with Defcon Stylus using live video sampling from multiple cameras set in mini-sculptural/elemental installations. Filtered through
a laptop these poetic textures are woven together and mixed with the
audio output of the Defcon Stylus. Defcon Stylus creates deep resonant
soundscapes using a turntable stylus, steel rulers, effects and a kaoss
pad, but no vinyl. A more human, moody, AV magic show which breaks the
rules of the reclusive electronica performers. |
